Dress for the weather

a.    No Booth.  We plan to gather together with our Lineberger T-shirts, walk around, and have good conversations with vendors and festival goers.  Dress for the weather.

b.    It looks like the vendor tents are in the middle of downtown Roanoke so that might be a good central meeting location.  The southwest corner of Oak and Lamar, near the Jack & Grill restaurant.  We will try to check back here every hour to help new arrivals join our group.  It’s a long event, so feel free to come and go as needed.

c.       The Roanoke website has the schedule and event map (https://www.roanoketexas.gov/640/Schedule-Map) and the parking map (https://www.roanoketexas.gov/718/Parade-Parking-Map).

d.    For parking, the Roanoke Recreation Center might be best because it has the largest lot.  If the event is crowded, there might be additional parking at Pinstack, which is just a short walk down Parish Lane.
