Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2026

I was excited to get to participate in MLK events in Carrollton, Gainesville and Flower Mound this year. In Carrollton, I marched in the parade with banner, flag and signs with supporters and many other candidates for office. In Gainesville, did the same, plus got to speak at the celebration and awards ceremony. In Flower Mound, I got to enjoy the celebration from the audience. It was heart warming and delightful to see so many in these communities coming together in unity and choosing connection over division. I hope you had a blessed and remarkable MLK remembrance.
